  1. Membership Payments

All memberships are billed either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select at checkout.

  • Monthly memberships renew automatically each month.
  • Annual memberships renew automatically each year unless canceled.
  1. 30-Day Consideration Period

We understand that choosing the right environment matters.

If within your first 30 days you feel Atelye Biznis or Winners Circle is not the right fit for you, you may cancel your membership without pressure or penalty.

  • Cancellations within the first 30 days stop future billing.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed for time already used, unless otherwise required by law.

We encourage members to engage fully during this period before deciding.

  1. No Partial Refunds

After the first 30 days:

  • We do not offer refunds for partially used months or years.
  • No refunds are provided for missed sessions, unused content, or lack of participation.

Access remains available until the end of your current billing period.

 

  1. Program-Specific Policies

Certain programs, coaching packages, or Elite services may have additional or different refund terms.
These will be clearly stated at the time of purchase and take precedence over this general policy.

Unresolved chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access to programs and community spaces.
