Welcome to Atelye Biznis. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, programs, memberships, coaching services, and community (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website or enrolling in any Atelye Biznis program, including Winners Circle, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Atelye Biznis provides business education, coaching, mentorship, and community-based support for entrepreneurs and business owners. Our Services are educational and informational in nature.

We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

  1. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
  • You will use the Services for lawful purposes only
  1. Memberships & Programs

Membership Access

When you purchase a membership or program, you receive access to content, coaching sessions, and community features associated with your selected tier.

Access is for your personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

Tier Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time, subject to the terms of your payment provider and platform rules.

  1. Payments & Billing
  • Membership fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select.
  • Annual memberships are discounted and recommended for members committed to consistent participation.
  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Atelye Biznis does not store your full payment information.

  1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • You may cancel your membership at any time.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods.

If you cancel within your first 30 days and feel the environment is not the right fit, you may do so without pressure or penalty.

  1. Coaching Disclaimer & No Guarantees

Atelye Biznis provides coaching, education, and strategic guidance only.

  • We do not guarantee specific financial results, business success, funding, or income.
  • Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, decisions, and external circumstances.
  • Participation in coaching, group calls, or community discussions does not create a fiduciary, legal, or advisory relationship.
  1. Community Conduct

By participating in the Atelye Biznis community, you agree to:

  • Act respectfully and professionally
  • Maintain confidentiality of other members’ shared information
  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
  • Avoid self-promotion, solicitation, or spamming without permission

Atelye Biznis reserves the right to remove any member who violates community standards, without refund.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Atelye Biznis—including videos, documents, templates, branding, and written materials—is the intellectual property of Atelye Biznis.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell our content
  • Share login credentials or materials with others
  • Use our materials to create competing programs
  1. Confidentiality

Any non-public information shared within coaching sessions, applications, or community spaces must be treated as confidential.

We respect your privacy and expect members to respect one another’s confidentiality.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Atelye Biznis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our Services.
  • You agree to use our Services at your own risk.
  1. Termination

Atelye Biznis reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Payment obligations are not met
  • Behavior is harmful to the community or brand

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
